How is LotPulse so much cheaper than other DMS platforms?▾

Can I migrate my data from my current DMS?▾
Absolutely. LotPulse offers CSV import, and on our Professional and Enterprise plans, we include a data migration assistant that can pull your vehicle inventory, customer records, and deal history from your existing system. Our Enterprise plan includes white-glove migration support.
Is LotPulse suitable for Buy Here Pay Here dealerships?▾
LotPulse was built with BHPH in mind from day one. Our Professional and Enterprise plans include a full BHPH module with payment scheduling, automated payment reminders, collections workflows, delinquency tracking, GPS device integration, and portfolio-level reporting. It’s not an add-on — it’s built into the core platform.
Do I need to sign a contract?▾
No contracts, ever. LotPulse is month-to-month billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. We believe if you need a contract to keep customers, your product isn’t good enough.
What are Pulse Sites?▾
Pulse Sites are professional dealer websites generated automatically from your LotPulse inventory. Choose from beautiful, mobile-responsive templates, connect your own domain, and your website stays perfectly synced with your lot — new vehicles appear instantly, sold vehicles disappear automatically. Leads from your site flow directly into your Pulse CRM.
Is my dealership data safe?▾
Security is foundational to LotPulse. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, with role-based access controls and automated backups. Each dealership’s data is completely isolated in our multi-tenant architecture — no other dealer can ever access your information.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts — cancel anytime with zero penalties. If it’s not for you, just walk away.
