Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Your existing data is always preserved. You simply cannot add new items (vehicles, users, etc.) until you are under your limit or upgrade to a higher plan.
How does annual billing work?
Pay upfront for the year and save approximately 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). You can switch back to monthly billing at your next renewal date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer pro-rated refunds for annual plans. Monthly plans are not refunded but you retain access until the end of the billing period.
